1. Introduction and data controller
We at Marco Bicego, along with our group subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively the "Marco Bicego Group") protect your privacy to the fullest
extent possible.
References in this Privacy Policy to "we", "us", "our", "Marco Bicego" are references to the data controller here , which is generally the entity that obtains your information (the "Data Controller").
This Policy regards personal information that we obtain through your interactions and any transactions with Marco Bicego, through your use of Marco Bicego websites, mobile applications, social media pages and other platforms that reference this Privacy Policy ("Online Channels") and through
our third party sources, including advertising and social media networks (collectively referred to as the "Channels").

4. Nature of data provision
The provision of your personal data for the purposes set out in paragraphs 3.1 and 3.2 above is mandatory. Your refusal would result in your inability to take advantage of the content and services of the Website.
The provision of your personal data for the purposes set out in Section 3.3 above is optional. Failure to provide it, while not preventing you from using the Web Site, would prevent you from taking full advantage of certain additional benefits and services we offer to our community.
