Les livraisons des bijoux Marco Bicego sont confiées à le transporteur DHL express de confiance, qui nous (et vous) garantit un service rapide et absolument sûr. Chaque commande est traitée en une seule fois. Vous ne recevrez donc pas de livraisons partielles.

La livraison et les retours sont toujours sans frais.

Orders

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes! We always offer complimentary gift packaging. Just select this option in your shopping cart and leave a custom note if you'd like.

How can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us at customerservice.eu@marcobicego.com. Unfortunately, once your order has shipped, you will need to return it for a refund if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.

Do you allow special orders?

Yes, we are here to help. Please send your request to customerservice.eu@marcobicego.com and we will do our best to help you get the item you are looking for. All special orders, which include any item or length not currently sold on the website, are final sale.

Orders placed for rings in different sizes are subject to our return policy.

Is it possible to have an item engraved through the online boutique?

Yes, some styles can be engraved. If you want to check on the feasibility, please contact customer service for more information by sending an email to customerservice.eu@marcobicego.com

This service is free of charge.

Shipping

What is the processing and delivery time?

For delivery by Dec 24:

  • Order by Dec 17th for all in-stock pieces.
  • If you're unsure about the availability of your desired piece, please reach out to our customer service for assistance!

Every piece ordered online is made-to-order specifically for each client, therefore it’s a unique, handmade piece. Please take a look the product pages for more information about the pieces, including the time of delivery.

We always ship with DHL Express tracked courier, so it takes maximum 48 hours to arrive at destination from the moment the parcel leaves our warehouse.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to all European Union countries. To purchase from the US website, please take a look to the US website us.marcobicego.com

What happens if my order is not delivered on the first attempt?

If for any reason the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, DHL will retry at least two times.
After that, the packaghe will be held to the nearest DHL Point. During this period, you may contact DHL to schedule a new delivery attempt, or collect the item at the hold location.
If the package is not picked up, or other arrangements made, DHL will automatically return the package to us. Should this occur, your order will be considered tactically cancelled and we will proceed with a refund of the amount paid once the item has been returned to us.

Packaging

Le packaging de chaque bijou se compose d’un écrin personnalisé et d’un sac papier luxe fermé par un superbe nœud. Si vous souhaitez un emballage cadeau, nous vous fournirons également un ruban à placer autour de l’écrin et une enveloppe avec une carte blanche à personnaliser.

La société Marco Bicego S.p.A. s’est engagée depuis longtemps déjà dans une démarche de développement durable et en faveur de l’environnement. Pour cette raison, tous les papiers utilisés pour les emballages, les notices et supports promotionnels des collections et de la marque, sont issus de sources responsables et certifiés FSC (Forest Stewardship Council).
